The draft Growth Strategies Maps of the Create Wilmington Comprehensive Plan are ready for your review and feedback! The maps provide a framework based on how the city exists today and ways in which it should grow and change in the future. The maps are structured around six main components: Mixed-use Centers, Areas of Opportunity, Corridors & Complete Streets, Transit that Works, Open Spaces & Green Connections, and Character & Pattern Areas.
