"Transit-Oriented Development" is one of six alternative future visions for Wilmington. Each represents a different way in which the city could grow and redevelop and consists of a series of ideas on how to accomplish the vision. Each also contains a number of specific potential growth strategies. The strategies appear as idea submissions underneath each vision.
